Through MOVE!
Through "MOVE!" I've gained the wisdom,
To, of myself, take care.
With knowledge most diversified,
Solutions they now share.
Yet still it takes commitment,
For me to now, succeed.
Through Annie’s prompts and messages,
I find all that I need.
Though difficult this struggle,
The efforts, understood.
I've learned about the many ways,
Just like, they knew I would.
So every day I persevere,
Just knowing, if I do.
True health and wellness, I'll achieve,
In life while passing through.
So as I reach my next plateau.
I understand of course.
That “MOVE!” provided methods,
Are now my best resource.
Gratefully Aware through "MOVE! NOLA"
