Aware and Cognizant
Through "MOVE!" I quickly came to be,
Aware and cognizant
That knowledge and commitment,
Are truly heaven sent.
My life for seven decades plus,
A roller coaster ride.
Then MOVE! brought new solutions,
Their secrets they'd confide.
They helped me better understand.
How simple life could be.
By living every moment,
I'd find true ecstasy.
They brought me the awareness,
The knowledge and the way.
Of how to find true wellness,
Through efforts made each day.
So I listened and I understood,
Exactly what to do.
Finding health filled happiness,
As I myself renew.
Knowledge brings serenity's success!
