Sugars
It's all about the sugars,
Especially their source.
Those fruit and veggies are ok,
They are a great resource.
But those refined and processed,
All hidden when you eat.
Do focus and commitment,
So easily, defeat.
Meticulous, I too must be,
Diligent, concerned.
Vigilant each time I eat,
This lesson I have learned.
For "MOVE!" has made me most aware,
Of things that I must do.
To find in life true happiness,
As I am passing through.
So the moral of this story is,
To listen and to hear.
Then live each day acknowledging
MOVE!’s knowledge ends all fear.
