MOVE! Awareness
Though awareness is most paramount,
Commitment matters more.
It takes true courage to succeed
And happiness, restore.
It's not a very simple thing,
To change who I have been.
And break the habit of myself,
Then my new life, begin.
Much easier, it's said than done,
Though every day I try.
“MOVE!” is a learned experience,
On which I must rely.
Day by day and week by week,
I listen and I learn.
Guided to a brand new me,
Is what I hope to earn.
And though at times traumatic,
To change the path I take.
I'm grateful, for this program,
That does not, me, forsake.
So each new day, I persevere,
Success comes when I try.
In body, mind and spirit,
On “MOVE!” I now rely.
MOVE!’s Knowledge Brings Success
