MOVE! Success
For “MOVE!” success to be achieved,
I truly must commit.
Listen, learn and understand,
That in my life, I fit.
A day by day experience,
With awareness as its key.
By listening to those that know,
I'll find a healthy me.
Much easier, to say than do,
There is no compromise.
The scale and mirror both reveal,
Success wears no disguise.
With “MOVE!” there is no pressure,
On body, mind and soul.
Just awareness with compassion,
Good health the final goal.
So every day I understand,
Just what I need to do.
Then call upon my friends in “MOVE!”,
To guide me passing through.
Too difficult alone!
