MOVE!'s Purpose
MOVE!’s Purpose, is awareness,
Not "Brother" watching me.
Respect with true compassion,
Through “Wellness” clarity.
The commitment has to be my own,
Through methods they reveal.
Real knowledge shared with kindness,
Does certainly appeal.
And every day they challenge me.
To find the strength of will.
To evaluate, by keeping score,
Through courage they instill.
Then ounce by ounce results do come,
A roller coaster ride,
From plus and minus changes,
I need, no longer hide.
With self-respect my guiding force,
The scales need not be checked.
With results, now in the mirror seen,
Life's future’s better trekked.
Awareness, Commitment, Knowledge
The wellness solution's found through "MOVE!"
