Day 1, The Process Begins!
MOVE! brings a true awareness,
The commitment to succeed.
When seeking “Total Wellness”
To instructions, I take heed.
There's too, the recognition,
To change will take some time.
The joy is in the knowledge shared
The journey is sublime
When guided to fulfillment,
It takes more than just me.
With ten times six now joined as one,
This is no fantasy.
Just work and dedication,
Are what this will require.
And those who understand the way
Then hopes and dreams inspire.
So with this new beginning,
My eyes are opened, wide.
To find the right solution,
New secrets they confide.
The end result, a healthy me,
And wellness for us all.
With present moment energy,
That I can now recall.
